Return Period: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date for most items, unless stated otherwise. For online orders, returns must occur within 14 days from the date you receive the order, unless stated differently.
Refund Process: Refunds depend on inspection results and will be issued less shipping and any applicable discretionary fees.
Condition of Returns: All returned items must be undamaged, unmodified, and complete with all accessories (including original, undamaged packaging). Items that are missing packaging or accessories, or have been altered or damaged, will not be accepted.
Refund Timelines: Credit card refunds can take 2 to 60 days, depending on the card issuer’s policy, but they usually take between 5 to 10 business days.
Environmental Levies: These may apply in certain cases.
Final Sale Items: The following are final sale:

- Printers & consumables (ink/toner cartridges, printer heads, imaging units, 3D printers and filaments, canned air, thermal paste)
Headphones, Earphones & Microphones: Opened items are final sale. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for unopened products within 14 days of purchase.
Consumable Items: Printers, ink/toner cartridges, and similar consumables can only be returned if unopened.
Bundled Items: All bundled or bonus items must be included with the return or exchange and must be unopened or unused.
Customer Responsibility: Components sold and installed by the customer are done at the customer’s own risk. Memory Express is not responsible for any damage to existing equipment caused by defects or incompatibility issues.
Warranty
Manufacturer Direct Warranty: In some cases, customers may need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support.
Warranty Coverage: Atnesh will assist in returning defective products to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at no cost within the first year, unless specified otherwise.
Refurbished & Clearance Items: Warranty period for these items is 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
Warranty Limitations: Warranty may be void for products with excessive wear or those used outside their intended purpose (e.g., mining or farming).
Hard Drives / SSDs / Graphics Cards: Warranty may be denied if usage parameters such as Power On Hours or Terabytes Written exceed the acceptable limits within the warranty period.
