Shipping & Payment

• Shipping Locations: We ship within Canada only, using CanadaPost, UPS, and Purolator. Orders outside Canada are not eligible for shipping.
  
• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times apply to major urban centers. Rural or remote areas may experience longer transit times.
  
• Address Verification: We can only ship to the registered/verified address associated with your credit card or PayPal account.
  
• Product Availability: Due to system limitations, some products may be oversold. If we cannot fulfill an order, it will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund (including shipping fees and taxes) via the original payment method. You will be notified by email once the refund is completed.
